My philosophy after 19 years of personal strength training is:
It’s got to be FUN. It’s got to be SAFE. AND, it has got to WORK. (As in, “Please I need big results from only an hour or two a week – I have a life!!!)

I mean who doesn’t want to work out with a personal trainer? My training sessions are filled with coaching for a more JOY filled life while strengthening your physical structure (multi-tasking at it’s best). My group training makes everyone feel like they are getting a customized workout with their very own trainer (and at a group rate… hip hip and a yip yip to that).

What is the WORKOUT exactly?
My unique system is a blend of targeted strength training with the option of high-intensity Cardiovascular intervals. When you choose to do the high-intensity intervals, you can get your functional training in AND not feel like you have to go for a run afterward because your cardio is integrated throughout the workout. And I can modify this to any level. You want it BIG?!? Then bring your A-Game. It’s ON. If you need it more reasonable– I’ve got that too. Basically, I can kick your butt as much (or as little) as you’re up for that day.
After living in the great outdoor playground of Sun Valley, Idaho for the last twenty-seven years, I have made functional strength training programs my speciality. Time in the gym should and will seriously change the way you feel in your body in everyday life AND in your outdoor sports.
No one but Angela can get me into the gym! She always knows exactly what I need/hate and makes me do what I would never do on my own. Great music, great energy and the perfect mix of core and key muscle groups. I wish I could do it more! I need more Angela in my life! – Danielle Carruth
