What do you mean FUNctional training?

Training overall movements not individual muscles is badass.  Efficient (think healthy multi-tasking) AND Effective (strength building that mimics your real life) PLUS the Freebird secret ingredient... make it FUN.

What's the refund policy?

First week is FREE so you can try it out. That's October 4 & 6 at 1 pm.  FREE.  If you aren't sure, wait and purchase post trial week.  After you purchase- there are NO refunds.  NO exceptions.

Is it actually FUN?

Truth is what is FUN for me, may not be exactly FUN for everyone.  However.  The humans who come are awesome.  The music is thumping.  The Botanical Garden is beautiful.  AND let's not forget about the endorphins that will be pumping through your body.  Yes, it's a new way of FUN.

What if I am going to miss a workout?

Send a friend in your place to enjoy this fitness merrrymaking hour, subs are welcome.

Then make up for your loss time by going extra hard next workout.

Is it just for skiers?

Hell to the NO.  Snowboarders are also welcome.  And back-country adventurers.  And snowshoers.  Oh and anyone who walks around in the snow in the winter.  Yes, yes and those that are headed to the beach for the winter... you can come also.  You want to have FUN while getting stronger in a safe, effective way?  Sign up.  Skiing is optional.

Can you guarantee some snow this year?

I wish!  I have a good feeling though.  AND feeling better in your body by taking the time to get stronger in a user friendly way will make a not-enough snow year more bearable. 🙂
