I make exercising FUN.

The way we move our bodies is so loaded with weight loss nonsense and the all or nothing thinking.

We need to move to care for our bodies.  We don’t have to suffer while doing so.

Most humans don’t know where to start to maximize the health benefits with exercising. 

Hint: it needs to support you feeling better not worse post workout.

I know what it’s like to struggle with exercise obsession.  I know what it’s like to restart an exercise program from scratch (it’s hard and you need to make it tiny at the beginning or you’ll continue to feel bad about quitting).

I didn’t shift out of the crazy alone.  I had help.  I can help you.
