WHAT:  A super fun strength workout that YOU come and enjoy and that WE are putting on so you feel inspired to donate money to this amazing cause.

NOT INTO WORKING OUT:  No big deal.  Feel free to just send money- below is the Venmo QR- all funds go directly to them!
