My quest for sustainable change began around the time I turned 30.
As a personal trainer, I kept hearing:
“Just do it.”
Or worse…
“If you really want it…”
It wasn’t working for my clients.
And it definitely wasn’t working for me.
Over the last 27 years, I’ve stopped trying harder and started understanding my own operating system.
Not more discipline.
Not copying what worked for someone else.
I needed to understand my rhythms, my resistance, my drives… and eventually, my archetypes.
What looks like self-sabotage is often an inner conflict between different parts of ourselves—they often have different needs, wants and fears.
I help people understand those dynamics so change feels doable.
I believe transformation is hard. It takes work but it is more about understanding who you are over trying to be something you are not built to be.
If you’re ready to try different, you’re in the right place.
Welcome.
I want more people to understand who they are.
I know how painful it is to keep trying… and not seeing the changes you hoped for.
I’ve lived it.
That’s why I make the magic of astrology practical.
Because when you understand your operating system, you stop trying to become someone else…
…and start building a life that fits the way you’re wired.
Your Life. Your trials. Your gifts. You are the author of your life (Saturn work). You deserve to be as You as possible (Uranus uplevel).
We co-regulate each other's nervous systems. Human to human accountability is incredibly helpful.
Astrology is MAGIC for this!

Professional Credentials:
Life:
Changing and receiving support as I evolve isn’t a passion for me, it’s a mission.
Transformations:
I started getting migraines in second grade and they have been life-altering ever since.
I saw eight specialists, had to quit working, and changed everything in order to heal.
The year I was 48 I finally had enough trauma healing to leave a marriage that wasn’t working. Along with leaving that, I lost my business and home. I basically restarted everything from scratch at mid-life.
The year I turned 55, I had what is called an 8th house year in astrology. The 8th house is where we share resources in a vulnerable way and my 8th house is loaded with Venus in Aries (she’s considered to be in exile here- so not as resourced) and she sits by Chiron (ouch, ouch, ouch).
I looked at the astrology transits coming my way (Saturn, Pluto, Uranus- oh my) and I, again, decided that I would play the long game. I ended a long term relationship that I had outgrown. I crawled through the grief, the loneliness and I started over… again.
Lucky Freebird. He’s a hound dog that I rescued from a life chained between two trees.
He reminds me that forgiveness is possible (he doesn’t harbor any resentment for his significant abuse).
He reminds me that everything works better out in the forest.
